国务院总理温家宝主持召开国务院常务会议,研究应对非典型肺炎影响做好当前经济工作的措施,审议《突发公共卫生事件应急条例(草案)》。会议听取了国家发展和改革委员会关于应对非典型肺炎影响做好当前经济工作的情况汇报。会议认为,当前防治非典型肺炎形势依然严峻,疫情对经济的影响日益显露,经济建设工作任务十分繁重,必须正确把握和处理好防治非典型肺炎和推动经济发展的关系,坚持一手抓防治非典型肺炎这件大事,一手抓经济建设这个中心不动摇,努力保持经济的稳定发展,把损失减少到最低限度。会议提出,当前要在全力做好非典型肺炎防治工作的同时,切实做好以下工作:
