本文以Ti(OC4H9)4为原料,改进了常规的水解沉淀工艺,在氯化按和氨水缓冲溶液中水解沉淀,得到纳米TiO2,通过FT-IR、电位仪等手段,分析制备条件及后处理方法对纳米TiO2微粉表面状态的影响,并从理论上分析影响微粉颗粒团聚的原因,从而寻找粉末颗粒团聚度控制的最佳工艺.
In this paper, Ti (OC4H9) 4 was used as raw material to improve the conventional hydrolysis and precipitation process, hydrolyzed and precipitated in chlorinated and aqueous ammonia buffer solution to obtain nano-TiO2.
