乐果为1982年苏州农药厂生产的40%乳剂.食醋为扬州酱醋厂生产,经测定pH为3.7,当量浓度为0.66N,含乙酸量为3.96克/100毫升.菜蚜以萝卜蚜(Lipaphis erysimi pseudob-rassicae Davis)为主,约占98%.另有少量桃赤蚜(Myzus persicae Sulzer),蚕豆蚜(苜蓿蚜Ap-his cracdcivora Koch),麦蚜(黍缢管蚜Rhopalo-siphum padi Linneus).试验分为(1)培养皿内蚜虫喷药;(2)室内带蚜植株的嫩头、叶片或麦穗喷药;(3)包心期包莱的田间防治.
