全瓷系统以其卓越的美学性能、良好的生物相容性、耐腐蚀性和X线透射性而受到修复医生和患者青睐。然而,因全瓷家系其存在抗折强度低、脆性大等问题,致使临床失败率较高而使临床应用受限[1,2]。目前常用的材料有硅酸盐陶瓷、玻璃渗透氧化铝陶瓷、氧化锆陶瓷三大类,二氧化锆在全瓷家系里是目前抗折强度和弯曲强度最强的一类,同时氧化钇稳定的氧化锆的性能更稳定,所以本研究中选用氧化钇稳定的氧化锆全瓷进行临床研究。
All-ceramic systems are favored by physicians and patients for their excellent aesthetic properties, good biocompatibility, corrosion resistance and X-ray transmission. However, due to the existence of all-ceramic family, such as low flexural strength and high brittleness, the clinical failure rate is high, which limits the clinical application [1,2]. Currently commonly used materials are silicate ceramics, glass infiltration alumina ceramic, zirconia ceramic three categories, zirconium dioxide in the whole family of ceramic is the current flexural strength and flexural strength of the strongest class, while yttria-stabilized Zirconia performance is more stable, so the study selected yttria stabilized porcelain zirconia for clinical research.
