蛛网膜下腔出血是任何年龄均可发生的一种常见急性脑血管病,国内对老年人蛛网膜下腔出血的临床分析报道较少.为了探讨老年人蛛网膜下腔出血的临床特点,现将我院1972年～1982年神经内科收治60岁以上蛛网膜下腔出血61例进行分析如下。
