[目的]观察化痰活血汤联合西药治疗高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将68例门诊患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组;低盐、低脂饮食、规律作息、适量活动、心情舒畅。对照组34例β-阻滞剂-美托洛尔,50mg/次,2~3次/d;钙离子拮抗剂-尼莫地平,40mg/次,3次/d和(或)血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂卡托普利,25mg/次,3次/d;血管紧张素II受体拮抗剂-缬沙坦,80mg/次,1次/d。治疗组34例化痰活血汤(法半夏12g,陈皮15g,枳实12g,竹茹、桃仁各15g,红花12g,丹参30g,川芎15g,白芍12g,当归15g,水蛭6g,地龙15g;头晕明显加天麻、夏枯草各12g;头痛重加白芷10g;夜眠差加夜交藤20g;乏力加黄芪30g;纳差加砂仁15g),1剂/d,水煎300m L,早晚口服,150m L/次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、收缩压、舒张压、脉压、收缩压昼夜节律、舒张压昼夜节律、血浆总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈12例,显效18例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率97.06%;对照组痊愈3例,显效10例,有效7例,无效14例,总有效率58.82%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。血压指标两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。血脂指标两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]化痰活血汤联合西药治疗高血压疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Results] In the treatment group, 12 cases were cured, 18 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective, and the total effective rate was 97.06%. In the control group, 3 cases were cured, 10 cases markedly effective, 7 effective and 14 ineffective. The total effective rate was 58.82% The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.01). Blood pressure index improved in both groups (P <0.01), and the treatment group improved better than the control group (P <0.01). Blood lipid index improved in both groups (P <0.05), the treatment group improved better than the control group (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Huatan Huoxue Decoction combined with western medicine is effective in treating hypertension without serious adverse reactions and is worth promoting.
