The incidence of cerebellar hemorrhage reported at home and abroad accounted for about 3% to 12% of cerebral hemorrhage, is generally believed that about 10%. [1] Sudden death occurs in about 20% of cerebellar hemorrhage. [2] To further explore the cause of hemorrhage and sudden death mechanism, now we see the case of 9 cases analyzed as follows. Materials and Methods Nine cases of sudden death from cerebellar hemorrhage were collected from our department. All of them were thoroughly reviewed in detail and their bleeding sites and nearby sites were taken.
