基础教育课程改革在具体实施过程中,逐渐暴露出在师资、教育评价及督导体系、教育研究等方面存在的一些亟待解决的问题,这些问题的存在,有使新课程走向以往教育改革中出现的形式化的危险。作者从教师培训的具体要求和形式、地方权威性评价及督导体系的建立、教育研究的科学化、高等师范教育对新课程的应有作用等几个方面提出了一些意见和建议。
