焊接是基础建设及检修工程中的一道关键工序,焊接质量的优劣直接关系到基建设备能否安全稳定的运行,焊工的培训及考核制度越来越受到行业及企业的重视。为了给社会和企业培养、输送高技能焊接技术人员和先进焊接设备操作人员,在教学、实训、鉴定考核过程中应该采用一套完整的焊接教学的方法与模式。
Welding is a key process in infrastructure construction and overhaul. The quality of welding is directly related to the safe and stable operation of infrastructure. The training and assessment system of welder is paid more and more attention by the industry and enterprises. In order to train the society and enterprises, transportation of high-skilled welding technicians and advanced welding equipment operators, teaching, training, appraisal and evaluation process should adopt a complete set of welding teaching methods and modes.
