一、概述在高大厂房中,利用合理的气流组织,仅对下部空间进行空调,而对上部较大空间不予空调或采用通风排热,称为“分层空调”,如图1所示。采用分层空调与全室空调相比,可显著地节省冷负荷、初投资和运行能耗。据国外文献介绍,最大可节省冷量50%,最小亦达14%。根据我们的实验,一般可节省冷负荷30%左右。因此,对于高大空间建筑,这种空调方式是值得推荐的。本文主要叙述分层空调冷负荷的组成机理,并着重介绍热转移负荷的计算方法,供设计参考。
I. Overview In tall plants, reasonable air distribution is used to air-condition only the lower space, while no air conditioning or ventilation is used to ventilate the upper space, which is called “layered air-conditioning”, as shown in Figure 1. The use of stratified air-conditioning compared to full-room air conditioning can significantly reduce cooling load, initial investment and operating energy consumption. According to foreign literature, it can save up to 50% of the cooling capacity, and the minimum can reach 14%. According to our experiments, the cooling load can generally be saved by about 30%. Therefore, for high-rise buildings, this air-conditioning is worth recommending. This paper mainly describes the composition mechanism of stratified air conditioning cooling load, and focuses on the calculation method of heat transfer load for design reference.
