采用文献资料、问卷调查、参与性观察、数理统计等研究方法,有选择性地将板鞋竞速、高脚竞速、跳竹竿、蹴球、五禽戏、抢花炮及纳西族东巴舞等民族传统体育项目引入高校体育课堂。研究结果表明:民族传统体育运动项目引入高校体育课堂,是对高校体育课堂教学资源的有力补充;民族传统体育运动项目深受学生喜爱,有利于学生的身体锻炼和体质健康状况的改善;通过民族传统体育运动项目引入体育课堂的举措,能够培养和造就高水平的竞赛运动员;较好地发挥了现代高校的文化传承功能,同时在高等教育培养德、智、体等全面发展的社会主义建设者和合格接班人的过程中起到了十分积极的作用。
