急性胃粘膜病变(AGML)是指机体受严重创伤或严重疾病时处于应激状态及胃肠疾病时处于应激状态及胃肠接触某些物质引起胃肠粘膜发生浅表糜烂、坏死、溃疡形成的统称,常表现消化道出血。我们现将1990～1994年在576例急诊胃镜检查中42例AGML的临床资料报道如下。
