随着对心血管发病的细胞和分子机制的进一步了解,以及一些心血管基因治疗工具的使用,基因治疗成为一些复杂疾病如高血压、动脉粥样硬化、心肌缺血等的一种潜在有效的治疗方法。其中有些已经进入临床试验以验证其可行性和完全有效性。干细胞是一族具有自我复制和多向分化能力的细胞,已经有许多临床前期试验表明干细胞治疗可能通过修复受损血管、增强血管新生、抗动脉粥样硬化等作用。
With the further understanding of cellular and molecular mechanisms of cardiovascular pathogenesis and the use of some cardiovascular gene therapy tools, gene therapy has become a potentially effective alternative to some complex diseases such as hypertension, atherosclerosis, myocardial ischemia treatment method. Some of them have entered clinical trials to verify their feasibility and complete validity. Stem cells are a family of cells that have the ability to self-replicate and multiply differentiate. There are many preclinical studies that show that stem cell therapy may repair angiogenesis, enhance angiogenesis and prevent atherosclerosis.
