农民的土地承包经营权受法律保护;征用农民集体土地的批准权属于国务院和省级人民政府;农村村民建住宅用地,必须提出申请,经乡(镇)人民政府审核后由县级人民政府批准。这是修订后的《中华人民共和国土地管理法》要贯彻实施的重要内容。
The peasants' right to land contractual management shall be protected by law; the approval authority for expropriating peasant collective land belongs to the State Council and the provincial people's government; rural villagers must apply for land for residential use and approval by the people's government of the township (town) . This is an important part of the revised “Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China” to be implemented.
