目的建立跌打红药片的质量标准。方法采用反相-高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定跌打红药片中人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1及三七皂苷R1的含量。采用异羟肟酸铁和薄层色谱法(TLC)鉴别白芷、红花、土鳖虫药材。结果人参皂苷Rg1、Rbl和三七皂苷R1分别在0.3948~7.896μg、0.4036~7.072μg、0.2048~4.096μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为100.10%、99.68%、100.82%,RSD分别为0.72%、0.67%、0.62%。结论实验方法专属性强、重复性好,准确简便。可有效的控制跌打红药片的质量。
Purpose To establish the quality standard of drop-red pills. Methods RP-HPLC was used to determine the contents of ginsenoside Rg1, Rb1 and notoginsenoside R1 in Zhidonghong tablet. Identification of Angelica dahurica, safflower, Eupolyphaga sinensis using hydroxamic acid iron and thin layer chromatography (TLC). Results The ginsenosides Rg1, Rb1 and notoginsenoside R1 showed good linearity in the range of 0.3948 ~ 7.896μg, 0.4036 ~ 7.072μg and 0.2048 ~ 4.096μg, with the average recoveries of 100.10%, 99.68% and 100.82%, respectively. The RSDs were 0.72%, 0.67%, 0.62%. Conclusion Experimental method is highly specific, reproducible, accurate and easy. Can effectively control the quality of the red drop pills.
