污染切口术后感染率18.4％,口腔颌面吻合血管术后感染26.7％。降低术后感染率是外科重要课题之一。我科自1985年6月至1990年6月按收治次序随机分组,A为用药组33例,B为对照组32例。A组术后感染率明显降低,报告如下:
