一、前言精料是高炉冶炼的基础,抓高炉生产必须从原燃料质量抓起。近年来,济钢在精料方面做了大量的工作,取得了显著效果,但同时仍存在许多问题,有待于进一步完善和改进。本文就济钢精料进步、存在的问题及对策作一论述。二、精料进步 1.严把原料入厂关济钢原燃料吃的是百家饭且供料厂家大都属于民采矿,原燃料供应不可靠、不固定、质量差、成份波动大。为保证进厂原料质量,相继采取了以下措施:1)对进厂料做到提前化验,根据化验结果择优选用。凡品位低于进厂标准,有害杂质超标的一律不许入厂。2)制定原(燃)料进厂质量标准,并严格按标准验矿、收矿。3)建立健全场地管理网络,对原(燃)料进厂堆放实行全过程监督和检查,做到合理堆放、种类分清,标记使用,从而保证
