何勤，一位朴实的学者，务实并时刻思考的商人，中国医科大学医学专业硕士学位，华中理工大学与工商管理学院与工程专业博士学位，从事医疗临床工作十年。承担过国家级新药研究开发课题6项负责20项新药项目的开发，并在国内首次进行“中国医药产业投资项目评估研究”，“中国医药产业科技经济一体化研究”，从多方面创建了600多项新药项目评估指标和系统评估模型。
He Qin, a simple scholar, pragmatic and always thinking businessman, China Medical University master’s degree in medicine, Huazhong University of Science and Business Administration and engineering doctorate, engaged in medical clinical work for ten years. He has undertaken 6 national research and development projects for new drugs and is responsible for the development of 20 new drug projects. He also conducted the “Research on Investment Evaluation of China’s Pharmaceutical Industry” and the “Study on the Integration of Scientific and Technological Economy in China’s Pharmaceutical Industry” for the first time in China and created 600 A number of new drug evaluation indicators and system assessment model.
