我厂转炉车间以前使用的生铁料合硫量一般波动在0.05—0. 1%之间,硅含量平均在0. 7—0. 9%之间,磷含量平均在0.8%左右。最近大量使用土铁,成分复杂,因此化铁炉出来的铁水成分极不稳定,含硫量高达0.15—0.6%,最高时竟达1.2%。所以向高硫作斗争,已成为全车间的中心任务。经过几个月的摸索,目前己有较正确和稳定的操作制度,开始能连续地放出高产卫星,钢的表面合格率也大大提高了。
The pig iron used in the converter workshop of our factory usually has a sulfur content of 0.05-0. 1%, the average silicon content of 0. 7-0. Between 9%, phosphorus content is about 0.8% on average. The recent heavy use of soil iron, the composition is complex, so iron out of the iron composition is extremely unstable, sulfur content as high as 0.15-0.6%, up to 1.2%. So fighting the high sulfur has become the central task of the entire workshop. After several months of exploration, we now have a more correct and stable operating system and can start to continuously release high-yield satellites. The passing rate of steel surface is also greatly improved.
