[目的]探讨磷酸化蛋白激酶B(P-AKT)、胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及临床意义。[方法]用免疫组化S-P法检测61例NSCLC及20例肺正常组织中P-AKT、IGF-1的表达,分析P-AKT、IGF-1表达及与NSCLC临床病理特征的关系。[结果]NSCLC中P-AKT阳性表达率为44.3%(27/61),明显高于在正常组织中的表达率(0,0/20),两者之间有显著性差异(χ2=13.28,P<0.05);P-AKT阳性表达与肿瘤的分化程度明显相关。NSCLC中IGF-1的表达明显高于正常组织(42.6%vs10.0%,χ2=7.09,P<0.05);IGF-1表达与肿瘤淋巴结转移、TNM分期明显相关。P-AKT与IGF-1表达呈正相关(r=0.633,P<0.05)。[结论]NSCLC中P-AKT和IGF-1的表达明显增高,它们可能参与肺癌的发生发展。
[Objective] To investigate the expression and clinical significance of phosphorylated protein kinase B (P-AKT) and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) [Methods] The expressions of P-AKT and IGF-1 in 61 cases of NSCLC and 20 cases of normal lung tissues were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. The expressions of P-AKT, IGF-1 and the clinicopathological features of NSCLC were analyzed. [Results] The positive rate of P-AKT in NSCLC was 44.3% (27/61), which was significantly higher than that in normal tissues (0,0 / 20) (χ2 = 13.28 , P <0.05). The positive expression of P-AKT was significantly correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation. The expression of IGF-1 in NSCLC was significantly higher than that in normal tissues (42.6% vs10.0%, χ2 = 7.09, P <0.05). The expression of IGF-1 was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM staging. P-AKT was positively correlated with IGF-1 expression (r = 0.633, P <0.05). [Conclusion] The expressions of P-AKT and IGF-1 are significantly increased in NSCLC, which may be involved in the development of lung cancer.
