检察机关作为我国专门的法律监督机关,肩负着维护司法公正,捍卫社会公平正义的重要职责。作为监督者,要保障检察权在法治轨道上正确行使必然需要外部力量的介入。而自觉接受人大的外部监督,是检察机关遵守宪法原则的具体体现,更是构建现代法治国家、尊重和保障司法公正的必然要求。笔者拟从基层检察机关联络人大代表的理论依
As a special legal supervision organ of our country, procuratorial organs shoulder the important responsibilities of safeguarding judicial fairness and defending social fairness and justice. As supervisors, to ensure that prosecutorial power right execution on the track of rule of law necessarily involves the intervention of external forces.
