自50年代初开始,我国陆续进口了各种型号的瑞士MAAG磨齿机,目前已相继进入需要维修时期。为此,机械工业部邀请瑞士马格公司技术人员——史怀霍夫(Schweighofer)来华,于1983年10月在我厂举办为期15天的短期学习班。讲授HSS60B、HSS30BC、SD32-X三种型号磨齿机的使用调整与维修,并作现场调试示范。由于学习班的讲义将由北京精密机床修理总站印售,现只将学习班现场调试中的计算与维修内容介绍如下(本文中的代号与原讲义相同)。一、磨削方法 1.0°磨削法近几年,马格公司对加工外径小于1000mm齿轮的卧式磨齿机极力推荐采用0°磨削法。0°磨削是指磨削角为0°的磨齿方式(图1),只有砂轮棱边0.5mm处参与磨削,易于修正。0°磨削法具有三个优点:(1)可提高生产效率;(2)可减少磨削角调整误差所引起的
