目的调查沙井街道机关事业单位职工对《控烟条例(修订版)》的知晓程度与态度,为职工控烟宣教提供意见。方法通过多阶段抽样方式,在街道15间机关事业单位内抽取223名职工进行问卷调查。结果辖区职工对条例相关知识知晓率不高,有4条知识知晓率不足60%;95.07%职工赞同条例在公共场所施行,12.24%吸烟职工有在公共场所违规吸烟意愿;职工年龄与控烟得分呈负相关关系,与吸烟率呈正相关关系;职工控烟得分与其对条例实行支持程度、个人违规吸烟处罚认同程度与违规吸烟的劝阻意愿呈正相关关系;控烟负责人对条例实行的支持程度高,其控烟得分与对违规吸烟行为的劝阻意愿高于普通职工,但其吸烟率与普通职工没有差别;通过楼宇广告、杂志、手机短信等途径获取条例知识的职工相对较少。结论辖区应通过手机短信、楼宇广告等多种途径,加强对较大年龄职工的控烟教育宣传,以提高职工对条例的落实程度,而控烟负责人则应以身作则,起到控烟表率作用。
Objective To investigate the awareness and attitude of staff and workers of government agencies and institutions in Shajing Street about the Tobacco Control Ordinance (revised version), and to provide advice to workers on tobacco control and education. Methods By means of multistage sampling, 223 workers from 15 government departments and public institutions in the street were surveyed. As a result, the awareness rate of staff and workers in the area about the relevant regulations was not high, with 4 knowledge-aware rates of less than 60%; 95.07% of employees agreed that the regulations should be implemented in public places; 12.24% of smokers had intention of smoking in public places; Negative correlation, and smoking rate was positively correlated; employee smoking control scores and its support for the Ordinance, the degree of personal non-compliance with smoking smoking and smoking consent discouraging intention was a positive correlation; tobacco control responsible for the implementation of the Ordinance a high degree of its tobacco control Scoring and the willingness to discourage smoking violations are higher than those of ordinary workers, but their smoking rates are not different from those of ordinary workers. There are relatively fewer employees who obtain the knowledge of the regulations through building advertisements, magazines and SMS. Conclusion The district should strengthen the propaganda and control of tobacco control education for workers of older ages in various ways through mobile phone text messages and building advertisements in order to improve the implementation of the regulations by employees. Tobacco control officials should set an example to play the role of tobacco control.
