应××,女,38岁,初诊(1996年6月16日)。主诉:空调受冷,头晕、舌强、闷咳、手麻2周。病史:平时很少生病。近2周,办公室开空调,衣少受凉,头晕、舌强、胸闷、干咳、双手发麻。脉象缓。舌苔净。辨证:寒凉外来,卫阳不振。 治则:散外寒、温卫阳。处方:麻黄、桂枝、川芎各5克,黄芪15克,苏叶、杏仁、当归、枳壳各10克,生姜5片,大枣10枚,三剂。 二诊(6月20日):头不晕,手不麻,舌强亦减,闷咳未止,月经昨天来,提早1周,量少色褐。颈部及下臂疹痒,泛恶不适,脉舌如前。转以和营血为主。 香薷、苏叶、香附、防风、生地黄、熟地黄、杏仁、枳壳各10克,白术、炒白芍、当
