对采用射流成形方法制备的Zr52.5Ni14.6Ai10Cu17.9Ti5块体玻璃合金进行等温退火,利用X射线衍射和SEM及TEM分析了块状玻璃态合金等温晶化时相转变及组织转变.实验表明,近玻璃转变温度Tg退火,组织仅发生部分晶化,近晶化温度Tx和高于Tx(703—723K)退火后,合金完全晶化,组织为Zr2Ni0.67O0.33+ZrAI(少量)+Zr2Cu(量);更高温度(753—823K)退火后,晶化组织中ZrAI和Zr2Cu数量相对增多,完全晶化后样品由纳米晶组成
Isothermal annealing of Zr52.5Ni14.6Ai10Cu17.9Ti5 bulk glass alloy prepared by jet forming method was carried out. X-ray diffraction, SEM and TEM were used to analyze phase transformation and microstructure transformation of bulk glassy alloy during isothermal crystallization. Experiments show that the near-glass transition temperature Tg annealing, the organization only partial crystallization, the crystallization temperature Tx and higher than the Tx (703-723K) annealing, the alloy completely crystallized, the organization Zr2Ni0.67O0.33 + ZrAI (small amount) + Zr2Cu (Amount). After annealing at higher temperature (753-823K), the amount of ZrAI and Zr2Cu in the crystallized structure increased relatively.
