本文报道了低于10~(-6)M的NO_2~-在较低的pH条件下与对氨基苯磺酸发生重氮化反应,再与盐酸萘乙二胺偶合,其偶合产物用差示-脉冲极谱法测定。仪器:Taccussel PRG-5脉冲极谱仪,用Ecoscript记录器记录差示-脉冲极谱图。测定在室温(25℃)下进行。滴汞时间为2秒;脉冲电压为100毫伏;扫描速度为2mv/s;三电极系统,铂电极作补偿电极;饱和甘汞电极(SC-E)作参比电极。试剂:所用试剂均为分析纯,无需进一步提纯。亚硝酸钠先在110℃干燥4小时,再用三蒸水配成10~(-3)M的贮备液。用时按需要稀释。
