Wang Guozhen, a contemporary poet, once wrote: “Loneliness is not due to introverting. It is often due to excellence. The feelings of too beautiful people are easy to be lonely, and the hearts of too good people are easy to be lonely. The reason is obvious because they are hard to find suitable partners. The sun is lonely, the moon is lonely, and the stars are difficult to count.” However, when loneliness became a modern problem, we have seen many worrying data: Beijing Youth Institute released statistical results, 34.9% The young people are worried about their own “lonelness”; “Hong Kong Commercial Daily” also found that 80% of young people in Hong Kong have a sense of loneliness and need to listen to music and sleep to relieve their emotions. Then, how many secondary school students around us are facing the same problem? We took a questionnaire and conducted a survey in a key high school in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province (a total of 104 students were surveyed, 48 of them Boys, 56 girls), and consulted the deputy chairman of the Shanghai Behavioral Psychology Professional Committee and teacher Wei Xuefei, a psychological counselor of the special police contingent of the Shanghai Public Security Bureau.
