The Empire Blue Cross and Blue shield in the United States is a well-known provider of health insurance. The problem with them is that dealing with the user’s insurance claims is, first of all, processing too slowly and secondly when a large amount of claims arrives. The demand for data processing is also very large. To this end, IBM proposed a similar utility program. When they need a claim, they pay for what they need to do with each claim instead of buying a hugely powerful computer because it requires that computing power only when there are a large number of claims. After doing this, they found that each claim process could save 25% on processing costs.
