目的 探讨利多卡因、头孢曲松钠与地塞米松联合应用进行精索封闭治疗急性附睾炎的临床疗效。方法 6 0例急性附睾炎 ,分为治疗组与对照组 ,比较其临床效果。结果 治疗组的全身及局部体征消失时间比对照组明显缩短 ,两组治疗效果有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 精索封闭治疗方法简单易掌握 ,疗效确切 ,早期确诊后即可在门诊进行 ,治疗愈早 ,效果愈好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of lidocaine, ceftriaxone sodium and dexamethasone in the treatment of acute epididymitis. Methods Sixty patients with acute epididymitis were divided into treatment group and control group, and their clinical effects were compared. Results The disappearance of systemic and local signs in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, with significant differences between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion The spermatic cord closed treatment is simple and easy to grasp, the curative effect is definite. After the early diagnosis, it can be carried out in the clinic. The earlier the treatment, the better the effect.
