新课标下教学理念落实的主阵地是课堂教学,教师要明确理念和肩负的职责,要积极探索课堂教学的改进措施。关注“以学生发展为本”的理念及目标,在“知识与技能”的课程培养目标基础上,又关注“过程与方法”和“情感态度与价值观”的目标培养,促使学生从知识的生成向能力形成转化,实现素质的提升。提高效率是课堂教学设计的重要要求。
