Talisi is the transliteration of the four-letter abbreviation (TaIissi) of the German “Taktischer Licht-SchuB-Simutator.” In late 1978 and early 1979, we visited the Kurt Esiweber factory for the simulation trainer twice in Hamburg, north western Germany.
