以教师循循善诱的职业教育能力,成就学生综合学习数学知识的能力,在小学数学教学中是极为重要的。从新课程改革的角度来看,引导学生自主学习数学知识,养成良好的数学习惯是顺应时代发展的教育趋势,这种教学方式较之传统的灌输式、填鸭式方法,更能调动小学生学习的积极性,促进其在数学知识领域的长足发展。因此,教师应当积极诱导,成就学生数学之能。
To follow the example of teachers’ abilities in vocational education and ability to make students learn mathematics comprehensively is very important in elementary mathematics teaching.
