先锋霉素Ⅳ是第一代口服头孢菌素,临床上主要用于治疗上呼吸道、泌尿道、皮肤和软组织、生殖器官等部位的感染。但本品存在着与青霉素交叉过敏的现象,故对青霉素过敏者应对本品慎用。我院遇到1例,现报告如下。一、患者男,25岁,因上呼吸道感染,自行口服先锋霉素Ⅳ2片,2小时后出现头晕、头疼、出汗、面色苍白、全身乏力、面部及双眼睑、双手浮肿,全身可见药疹。测体温37.5℃,血压12/8kPa,心率65次/分,患者既往无药物过敏史。二、治疗:给补液、升压、抗过敏等治疗。10%葡萄糖500ml、氟美松6mg、苯海拉明20mg、肾上腺素
