科教兴国的时代背景下,科教事业越来越受到重视,因此高校应当重视直接影响高校教育教学质量的图书馆管理和建设。但是当前的高校图书馆管理或多或少存在一些问题,管理效果往往欠佳,使得高校图书馆管理急需加以改善。本文笔者在分析了高校图书馆管理现状的基础上,提出了自己关于高校管理策略的几点建议,希望能够为高校图书馆管理效率的提高以及效果的改善提供自己的绵薄之力。
Under the background of rejuvenating the nation through science and education, the cause of science and education is getting more and more attention. Therefore, colleges and universities should pay attention to the management and construction of libraries which directly affect the quality of education in colleges and universities. However, there are some problems in the current university library management, the management effect is often poor, which makes the university library management need to be improved urgently. Based on the analysis of the status quo of university library management, this paper puts forward some suggestions on its management strategies, hoping to provide the loftiness for the improvement of university library management efficiency and the improvement of its effectiveness.
