准分子激光原位角膜镶术(LASIK)以其手术设计理想,手术安全、准确、无痛苦、术后视力恢复好、恢复快等优点,近年来被眼科界和近视患者广为接受。目前我国每年LASIK手术量近百万例,手术效果较为理想。但是,在术前预测时,往往发现高度近视角膜厚度不够的问题,使高度近视的治宁效果难以达到理想效果。现将我们采用LASIK分区切削治疗常规手术设汁角膜厚度不够的高度近视患者109例(218眼)的情况进行分析总结,探讨LASIK治疗高度近视眼分区切削的作用。
LASIK is widely accepted by the ophthalmology and myopia in recent years because of its ideal surgical design, safe and accurate operation, no pain, good visual acuity recovery and quick recovery after operation. At present, there are nearly one million cases of LASIK in our country each year, and the operation effect is ideal. However, in the preoperative prediction, often found in high myopia corneal thickness is not enough, so that the high myopia can not achieve the desired effect of the cure. Now we use the LASIK zonal cutting for routine surgery set the corneal thickness of 109 patients (218 eyes) with high myopia were analyzed and summarized to explore the role of LASIK in the treatment of high myopia zoning.
