全国干部教育工作小组并转团中央书记处:全国城市团校工作研讨会于1986年12月17～19日在广州市团校举行,参加这次会议的有各城市团校(除常州、长春、齐齐哈尔因故请假外)的领导,并邀请了全团干部教育工作小组负责人参加会议。在这次会议上,与会代表回顾了近年来城市团校的发展道路,并就城市团校的地位、作用、地市团校的模式和发展趋势,城市团校的科研和教学协作等一系列问题展开了热烈的讨论,形成了以下的看法:
