用酶组化、免疫组化和辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)追踪法探讨大鼠脊神经节内硫胺素单磷酸酶(TMPase)和P物质(SP)的定位关系,胃幽门部是否接受TMPase阳性神经支配.在C5~8脊神经节内,一些小型神经元有TMPase活性,SP阳性神经元主要为小型,绝大多数TMPase阳性神经元不具有SP-IR;另有一部分小型神经元既无TMPase活性,又无SP-IR。将CB-HRP注于幽门部,在双侧T_6~L_1脊神经节见少量HRP标记细胞,约4%HRP标记细胞为TMPase阳性。
The localization of thiamine monophosphatase (TMPase) and substance P (SP) in the dorsal root ganglia of rats was investigated by enzyme histochemistry, immunohistochemistry and horseradish peroxidase (HRP) tracing. TMPase-positive innervation. In C5 ~ 8 spinal ganglia, some small neurons have TMPase activity, SP-positive neurons are mainly small, while most TMPase-positive neurons do not have SP-IR. Other small neurons have neither TMPase activity without SP-IR. The injection of CB-HRP in the pylorus, bilateral T_6 ~ L_1 spinal ganglion see a small amount of HRP-labeled cells, about 4% of HRP-labeled cells TMPase-positive.
