为什么要搞小戏调演?我省是个戏剧大省,戏剧资源十分丰富,历史上曾经孕育过22个剧种,产生过许多著名的戏剧活动家和表演艺术家,两百年前的徽班晋京是我们祖先的骄傲,历史的辉煌曾经整整照耀着两个世纪。建国以来,我省的戏剧事业在党的文艺方针指引下,曾经得到飞速发展,黄梅戏、徽剧、庐剧、泗州戏、淮北梆子戏、皖南花鼓戏等剧种都拥有一批优秀的剧目,出现了象严凤英、王少舫、丁玉兰、李宝琴为代表的一批表演艺术家,与此同时也产生了象陆洪非、完艺舟、金全才、时白林、刁均宁等一大批戏剧专家,改革开放以后,又有了象马兰、黄新德、韩再芬、李龙斌、王丹红等一大批戏剧新秀,这些优秀的戏剧艺术家曾经创造过我们安徽艺术事业的两度辉煌,或者说两度梅开。从93年开始,我厅党组就明确提出,要狠抓创作,不断推出艺术精品,促进安徽戏剧事业的再度繁荣,实现三度梅开的宏伟目标。本届党组不仅提出了这个响亮的口号,而且也在一步步地朝这个目标迈进。1993年我们在财力十分困难的情况下抓了小戏调演,涌现了象《王小六报喜》、《懒大嫂赶会》等一批好的剧目,至今还留在人们的记忆中。94年我们用省政府拨给的30万元办了“第四届安徽省艺术节”、“第三届安徽省花鼓灯会”、“首届乡镇企业文艺调演”、“第六届大
