一、企业家定义及角色。 根据英国《金融时报》的定义,企业家就是那些为了寻求被他们自身或其他人发现的商业机会而需组织、运作及承担与之相伴的商业风险的个人集合体。 (一)企业创新是企业家应承担的过程和行为。企业创新的关键就是从商业机会中确认、追随和猎取价值的能力。商业机会往往被认为等同于商业利润,这是因为如果企业组织将其转化为现实的产品或服务,它将最终产生利润。
First, the definition and role of entrepreneurs. According to the Financial Times, entrepreneurs are individuals who need to organize, operate and assume the business risks associated with the business opportunities they seek to find themselves or others. (A) Business Innovation Entrepreneurs should undertake the process and behavior. The key to business innovation is the ability to identify, follow and hunt for value from business opportunities. Business opportunities are often regarded as equivalent to business profits, because if an organization turns it into a real product or service, it will eventually generate profits.
