9月初的青岛,刚刚告别了“秋老虎”的余威,凉意渐生。整个夏季,青岛这座工业产值近17000亿元的工业强市,通过±660千伏宁东—山东直流输电工程,接受了来自宁夏的电力,保证了当地各工业企业的机器开足马力运转。“3年多来,在省外来电的有力支持下,山东省尤其是青岛市没有一次拉闸限电,连续3年保持了电力总体平衡。”山东省经信委副主任王万良说。
