目的 :探讨高强度超声 (HIU)治疗移植性子宫内膜 VX2肿瘤对荷瘤兔免疫功能的影响。方法 :30只新西兰大白兔于子宫内膜移植肿瘤后 4天随机分为 3组 :HIU组、手术组和假照组实验兔各 1 0只 ,于治疗后 4周MTT法测定各组兔外周血淋巴细胞毒活性及淋巴细胞转化率。结果 :HIU组外周血淋巴细胞毒性及淋巴细胞转化功能明显高于手术组 (P<0 .0 5)和假照组 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :HIU治疗可增加荷瘤兔的细胞免疫功能
Objective: To investigate the effect of high intensity ultrasound (HIU) treatment of transplanted endometrial VX2 tumors on immune function of tumor-bearing rabbits. Methods: Thirty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups 4 days after the endometrial tumor. The rabbits in the HIU group, the operation group and the sham-operated rabbits were randomly divided into experimental group and control group Lymphocyte cytotoxicity and lymphocyte transformation rate. Results: The peripheral blood lymphocyte cytotoxicity and lymphocyte transformation in HIU group were significantly higher than those in operation group (P <0.05) and sham group (P <0.01). Conclusion: HIU treatment can increase the cellular immune function of tumor-bearing rabbits
