第二节健力舞准备组合第二节健力舞准备组合是头与颈、肩、胸、腿、膝、脚局部器官的解放运动,是为在跳激烈的健力舞时防止出现扭伤事故作准备的。(一)头与颈的运动准备:正步直立站好,双臂垂于腿侧(图一)。1—2拍:额状轴低头运动(图二)。3—4拍:复原如(图一)。5—6拍:蹲步昂头(图三)。注意:不蹲时要蹦腰、拱臀,其它局部器官相对放松。(二)肩部运动提肩正步准备(图四)。1—2拍;肩部向下压(图五)。3—4拍;肩部上提如(图四)。5—8拍:双肩下压三次。1—2拍:向侧迈右脚、右肩下压(图六)3—4拍:向右方迈左脚,右肩上提(图七)5—8拍:作三次快速下压(图八) 上提(图九)运动。
