应用彩色心脏多普勒超声及ＴＣＤ、ＥＥＧ对５２例ＤＣＭ心功能低下的病例观察发现：其对脑血流动力学和大脑皮层功能的影响与脑血管的自主调节有关。认为在心功能低下时，通过ＴＣＤ句ＥＥＧ检测可对Ｂａｙｌｉｓｓ效应进行评价。
Application of color Doppler ultrasound and TCD, EEG 52 cases of DCM hypokalemia cases observed: its impact on cerebral hemodynamics and cerebral cortex function and autonomic regulation of cerebral blood vessels. It is considered that Bayliss effect can be evaluated by EEG of TCD sentence when cardiac function is low.
