介绍了大型板坯连铸机中间包冰力学模型的实验研究。根据相似原理,用水模拟钢水在中间包内的流动特征。通过改变三重堰间距、高度和陶瓷过滤器的设计参数,测定停留时间分布曲线,分析了影响中间包内流体流动的因素。该模型的实验结果对生产实际具有指导意义。
The experimental research on the mechanical model of tundish in large slab caster is introduced. According to the similar principle, water is used to simulate the flow characteristics of molten steel in the tundish. The distribution of residence time was determined by changing the spacing and height of the triple weir and the design parameters of the ceramic filter, and the factors affecting the fluid flow in the tundish were analyzed. The experimental results of this model have guiding significance for the actual production.
