目的:研究本地区结核性脑膜炎的发病情况。方法:对我院2010年1月~2012年10月收治的78例脑炎患者进行回顾性分析。结果:彝族患者结核性脑膜炎的发病率远远高于其他地区。结论:在以后的工作中应该加强对彝族地区群众的健康知识教育,提高对该病毒认识。同时,对基层医护人员进行相应的培训。
Objective: To study the incidence of tuberculous meningitis in this area. Methods: 78 cases of encephalitis admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to October 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The incidence of tuberculosis meningitis in Yi patients is much higher than that in other areas. Conclusion: In the future work, we should strengthen the education of health knowledge of the masses in Yi ethnic region and raise awareness of the virus. At the same time, grass-roots medical staff to carry out appropriate training.
