江苏省响水县县城幸福路,有一个专营服装的市场。该场有120多户服装店,在不太突出的位置上,有一家名叫“保英时装店”的生意十分红火。这个小店营业面积只有20平方,女主人叫许保英,年32岁,原是供销社的营业员,因单位人多而待岗,经领导同意,于1993年另谋职业而创办这爿时装店。由于经营得法,知名度不断提高,从而颇有名气。
