由于银汞合金的抗压强度大、硬度高、耐磨性强,现在一般认为是充填后牙的最理想材料,但由于其抗弯强度和抗冲强度差,在充填后牙邻(牙合)面洞后(主要指近、远中邻(牙合)面洞),咀嚼力有时造成充填体的松动、折断和脱落.为了改变这种状况,笔者试用玻璃离子粘固粉和银汞合金联合充填后牙邻(牙合)面洞.经观察,充填体的松动、折断、脱落现象明显减少.
