This review summarizes the research progress of M-CSFR family members such as M-CSFR, Kit, PDGFR and their corresponding ligands such as M-CSF, SCF and PDGF, and discusses the dimerization region of this family of receptors. Mention K-receptor binding methods - Scatchard analysis.
