Construction progress control is an important basis for the construction unit to carry out production and economic activities. Taking the manufacture of steel gate in Xinjiang Kizigar Hydro Project for an example, the paper analyzes the relevant measures taken in the construction progress of the project in detail and emphasizes the importance of the construction schedule control.
