对小儿急性化脓性阑尾炎并发肠套叠1例分析如下。1病历摘要女,7月龄。主因发热2d入院。查体:T 38.1℃,P 120次/min,R 32次/min。神清,精神欠佳,咽充血,扁桃体不肿大。心肺正常。腹平坦,未触及包块,无压痛、肌紧张及反跳痛,肠鸣音正常。血常规:WBC 15.62×109/L,N 0.57,L0.31,单核细胞0.11。尿、便常规正常,肝功能正常,C-反应蛋
Acute suppurative appendicitis in children with intussusception in 1 case analyzed as follows. 1 medical records female, 7 months old. Mainly due to fever 2d admission.
